Samsung Samsung Galaxy S24+
The 5G-capable Samsung Galaxy S24+, which was released in January 2024, also has modern NFC functions.
The display size of the S24+ is known to differ from the standard version. Instead of a 6.2'' display, the S23+ has a 6.7'' Dynamic AMOLED. This also makes it larger than the display of its predecessor, the S23+. The dimensions of the smartphone are: 158.5 mm (H) x 75.9 mm (W) x 7.7 mm (D) with a weight of 196 g. Like the 24, the Plus variant also comes in new colours. The S24 Plus is available in the colours Colbalt Violet, Amber Yellow, Onyx Black and Marble Grey. The colours Sapphire Blue, Jade Green and Sandstone Orange are also available online. The Plus version also has more memory. The S24+ is available in 256 GB and 512 GB options.
The S24+ has a deca-core processor, the Samsung Exynos 2400, with processor clock speeds from 1.95 GHz to 3.2 GHz. This time, an Xclipse 940 GPU was used for the graphics chip. As before, the available RAM consists of 8 GB. In contrast to the standard model, the Plus model has a better battery capacity of 4900 mAh.
The Galaxy AI functions, which are designed to support the user with various actions, are quite new. These include: Converting voice recordings into text, modern searches, voice translations during calls and easier photo editing.
A triple camera is also used in the S23+, consisting of a 50 megapixel main camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 12 MP telephoto lens with triple optical zoom. The apertures of the cameras are F1.8 (main camera), F2.2 (ultra-wide-angle) and F2.4 (telephoto).
Differences to the predecessor series (S23+):
- Galaxy AI functions (e.g. for editing images)
- New colours
- Larger display
- Longer battery life
