The S23 Ultra model at a glance
The 5G-enabled Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra was released on 17 February 2023 with new colours. It is available in Cream, Phantom Black, Green and Lavender. In contrast to the standard model, it offers improved storage options. You can choose between 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB of memory. The Ultra model also offers the longest battery life of all S23 models with 5000 mAh. The dimensions of the S23 Ultra are 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9, with a weight of 233 g.
Technical specifications
The S23 Ultra has an Octa-Core processor, the Snapdragon® 8 Gen 2, with processor clock speeds from 2 GHz to 3.36 GHz. The memory is 12 GB. Of all the models, the Ultra model has the largest main display with a 6.8'' Dynamic AMOLED 2x with a resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels (Quad HD+) at 501 ppi.
As usual, the smartphone has a multi-camera system. It consists of a 200 MP main camera, 2x 10 MP telephoto camera and a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera. Up to 10x optical zoom is possible with the main camera. The front camera for selfies has a resolution of 12 MP. The camera also receives a further improvement. Samsung's "Nightography " uses AI to ensure that photos and videos always look bright and clear even in the dark.
