How do I hold the AirTag correctly on my iPhone?

Sometimes problems scanning the airtag can occur. So how does one hold the airtag correctly so that it is captured by the smartphone and works properly with NFC?

Airtags should be held against the top right-hand back of the iPhone. To do this, the white side of the airtag should be facing the back of the iPhone.

Please note: Tests have shown that the scan function occasionally causes problems with iPhones. If the airtag is not scanned directly, move the airtag in the upper area of the iPhone and wait three seconds after each movement. The airtag can be read particularly well in the upper corners of the iPhone.
