You are looking for the ideal keyfob for security applications? The NXP DESFire EV2 2K keyfob encrypts all stored data securely and also allows you to store more than just one application on the built-in NFC chip. Thus, the keyfob is well suited for intelligent lock systems, access control, recording of working times, contactless payment or public transport ticketing systems. The chipset of this keyfob functions well with all common NFC-enabled smartphones.
The blue NFC Keyfob is made of ABS, so it is very robust and fully waterproof. The keyfob has a length of 40 mm, a width of 32 mm and a thickness of 4.3 mm overall. Additionally, the keyfob has a ring out of metal, so it can be attached at a key ring. The NFC microchip is integrated inside the product.
Features & functions
The keyfob contains the DESFire EV2 2K chip, which has a memory capacity of 2048 byte and can be encoded up to 500,000 times. Accoring to manufacturer NXP, data on this chip is stored at least for 10 years. Additionally, the chip has a 7 byte UID.
