Product description

NFC product

The NFC tag is made of blue ABS material and has a size of 40 x 32 mm with a material thickness of 4.3 mm. The NFC pendant has a metal ring, through which it is easy to attach. Due to the robust plastic material, the ABS pendant is waterproof and is therefore ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

NFC chip

The NFC tag is equipped with the original MIFARE Classic EV1 4k (MF1S70). The MIFARE Classic 4k has a total capacity of 4096 bytes. The MIFARE Classic EV1 4k
is the successor of the MIFARE Classic series and improves it in some aspects (better readability, card attack detection).
It has a 4-byte non-UID. The NFC chip can be written up to 200,000 times and has a data retention of 10 years. Despite the improvements over the older MIFARE Classic series, NXP recommends using the MIFARE DESFire series for security-critical applications. The chipset is not compatible with all NFC-enabled smartphones.
