If you want to read NFC Tags with a windows operation system, additional hardware is usually required, as only a few devices have integrated NFC reader/writers (e.g. some Lenovo Thinkpad notebooks). But since the retrofitting via USB is very simple, Windows systems are also able to use NFC tags.

While our NFC21 Writer is responsible for writing NFC tags, the NFC21 Reader for Windows presented here is used to read NFC tags and execute an action depending on the content. For example, when reading Internet addresses, the browser can be opened automatically.
