Standard shipping for domestic deliveries

We do not charge shipping costs.

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 4,50 €

Express shipping for pan-European deliveries

Delivery time depending on destination country: 1 - 3 business days

Note - Non-EU country:

"When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) will be incurred as part of your order, which will not be paid through us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. *Delivery time / delivery period is based on the day of receipt of payment. If you choose PayPal, credit card, SOFORT Überweisung or amazon payments, NFC21 will be credited the invoice amount immediately. If the goods are immediately available at the time of your order and your order was successfully placed on weekdays until 2 pm, NFC21 can ship your order on the day of your order.

AmazonPay:
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. To be able to process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register first and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after submitting your order, Amazon will automatically complete the transaction. Paypal:

Only a few steps to payment:

1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at checkout.

2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to PayPal website.

3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user information and initiate the payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.

**More details about payment by invoice

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities/public institutions and for companies on request. To do this, select prepayment. As soon as you have received our order confirmation, please reply to this e-mail and let us know that you would like to order on account. Our customer service will process your order immediately.
